Employees’ Re-orientation and Consortium Seminar Workshop

Metro Midsayap Water District conducted a “Re-orientation and Consortium” activity on March 13, 2015. This was participated by thirty (30) selected MMWD employees from the Engineering and Construction Section of the Production and Engineering Division and from the Commercial Section of the Admin, Commercial Division.

A detailed presentation of existing policies and standard operating procedures were discussed by the PED and ACD in the morning. After a comprehensive presentation, a series of questions and discussions were done accordingly.

In the afternoon, participants were able to come-up with resolutions addressing their individual concerns and this was agreed by the majority to settle the recurring problems in the MMWD.
